The bright pink color comes from the passionfruit tea, while the strawberry flavor comes from the Crunchies Freeze-Dried Strawberries. We love using freeze-dried fruit in drink recipes because when freeze-dried fruit is adding to liquids it’s able to rehydrate and infuses the liquid quickly with a burst of flavor that you just don’t get from fresh fruit. We love adding Crunchies Freeze-Dried Strawberries to this recipe for the infused strawberry flavor and the added pink color hues.
