MARBLED STRAWBERRY CAKE

Your friends and family will love this recipe for Marbled Strawberry Cake. We wanted to make this recipe easy, so we decided to use vanilla box cake mix. After adding all the ingredients to the cake mix, divide the batter into two separate bowls. Blend your Crunchies Freeze-Dried Strawberries and add them to one bowl of cake batter and mix until well combined. Grease a bundt cake pan and add turns, adding the different cake mixes, to create the marbled effect. After baking, allow to cool and add a thin layer of icing. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • Vanilla Box Cake Mix and needed ingredients 
  • Crunchies Freeze-Dried Strawberries, blended 
  • Vanilla Icing 

DIRECTIONS

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
    2. Add all the cake box mix and ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.  
    3. Divide the cake batter into two separate mixtures.  
    4. Add Crunchies Freeze-Dried Strawberries to a blender and blend until a powder is formed.  
    5. Add strawberry powder to one of the cake batter bowls. Mix until well combined.  
    6. Grease a bundt cake pan and add turns, adding the different cake mixes, to create the marbled effect. 
    7. Bake for 45 – 50 minutes.  
    8. Allow cake to cool before icing.
