PROTEIN PACKED BERRY CHEESECAKE BOWL

This Berry Cheesecake Bowl recipe might taste just as good as it is good for you. Not only is this recipe delicious, but it’s also packed with protein to keep you feeling full longer and ready to take on whatever your day throws your way.  

We’re simply adding vanilla protein, non-fat cottage cheese and a cup of blueberries to a blender. Blend your ingredients until they’ve reached a smooth consistency. Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with granola and Crunchies Mango

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup of non-fat Cottage Cheese 
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Blueberries 
  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder 
  • Granola, desired amount 
  • Crunchies Mango, desired amount 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add cottage cheese, protein powder and frozen blueberries to your blender.  
  2. Blend until well combined and the mixture is a smooth consistency. 
  3. Pour mixture into a bowl and top with granola and Crunchies Mango.
