These frozen yogurt parfaits are a sweet and fruity bite-sized treat that are not only convenient to eat, they are super easy to make! These healthy snacks are made with just three ingredients and can be frozen to eat at any time. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

TOTAL TIME: 15 minutes


  • ½ cup of your favorite granola 
  • 1 cup yogurt of your choice (we used strawberry Greek yogurt for added protein) 
  • 1 bag Crunchies Freeze Dried Mixed Fruit 


  1. Line a muffin pan with liners. 
  2. Sprinkle enough granola at the bottom of each cup to cover it 
  3. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of yogurt into each cup 
  4. Gently tap the muffin pan on the counter to make each layer smooth and flat 
  5. Top off with Crunchies Freeze Dried Mixed Fruit 
  6. Transfer pan to freezer and chill until firm, about 2-4 hours 
  7. Store them in a freeze safe airtight container to snack on anytime!
