Acai bowls are a great way to start your day. Packed with superfoods they are a great source of vitamins, nutrients, fiber and antioxidants. This versatile smoothie bowl can be customized any way you like and it makes for a great healthy treat whenever you need a boost!

TOTAL TIME: 15 minutes


  • 1 packet thawed acai puree (found in the freezer section of your supermarket) 
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries 
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries 
  • Splash of almond milk 
  • Toppings: Crunchies Freeze Dried Mixed Fruit, sliced banana, peanut butter, honey, chia seeds 
  • Other optional toppings: coconut, granola, fresh fruit, goji berries, pumpkin seeds, etc.  


  1. Blend acai puree with frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries and a splash of almond milk in a food processor or blender until a thick but smooth consistency. Add splashes of almond milk to thin out if needed. 
  2. Transfer to a bowl and top with all of your favorite toppings.
