St. Patrick’s Day is always more fun with green dessert, like these Irish Dirt Cakes. This recipe is super easy to make and both kids and adults will be asking for seconds. Mint Oreos, Crunchies Chocolate covered Bananas, whipped cream and green pudding combine to make this light and tasty dessert. Make sure to make plenty, this one is delicious!

• 2 Cups of Vanilla Pudding
• Green Food Coloring
• 8 Mint Flavored Oreos
• Whipped Cream to taste
• 1/2 Cup of Slightly Crushed Crunchies Chocolate Covered Banana

1. Add 4-5 drops of food coloring to pudding and mix until well combined.
2. Spoon about 1/4 cup of pudding to the bottom of each cup.
3. Break apart Oreos and Crunchies Chocolate Covered Banana and add a layer of each.
4. Top with whipped cream to taste.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for an additional layer.
