Throughout the holiday season we indulged in all kinds of desserts and rich foods. So, like so many others, when the New Year began, we wanted a refresh. This Cinnamon Apple salad is a great lunch or dinner option that you will definitely want to add to your dinner menu. You can easily customize it with your favorite protein options!

  • Salad Mix
  • Crunchies Freeze Dried Cinnamon Apple, handful to taste
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Walnuts
  • 1 tbsp Red Onion
  • ⅛ cup of Feta Cheese
  • Raspberry Vinaigrette, to taste


  1. Add salad to bowl
  2. Top with slices of red onion, Crunchies Freeze Dried Cinnamon Apple, Walnuts and Feta Cheese
  3. Add raspberry vinaigrette or your favorite salad dressing to taste.
