We love an easy snack or breakfast option, and our Blueberry Parfait recipe is no exception. All you need is three ingredients and less than five minutes to make a healthy and filling breakfast. If you would like more protein, we suggest using Vanilla Greek Yogurt. You can also swap Crunchies Blueberries for other flavors or try Crunchies Mixed Fruit for a taste of several fruits in your parfait.

  • 1 Cup of Vanilla Yogurt (greek or regular) 
  • ½ Cup of Granola 
  • ½ Cup of Crunchies Blueberries, Divided  


  1. Using a parfait cup or bowl, add a layer of yogurt.  
  2. Add a layer of granola and top with Crunchies Blueberries.  
  3. Add an additional layer of yogurt, granola and Crunchies Blueberries.
