BLUEBERRY CINNAMON ROLLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Bag of Crunchies Blueberries, Divided 
  • 4 Tablespoons butter, divided 
  • 2 Tbsp White Sugar 
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder 
  • 1 Tsp Salt 
  • ¾ Cup of Milk 
  • 1 Egg 
  • ½ Cup of Brown Sugar 
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon 
  • 1 Cup of Confectioners Sugar 
  • 4 Ounces of Cream Cheese, softened 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees. 
  2. Whisk flour, white sugar, baking powder and salt together in a large bowl.  
  3. Slowly work in 3 tbsp of softened butter into flour mixture, until well blended.  
  4. Beat milk and egg together in a separate bowl.  
  5. Pour wet ingredients into flour mixture and stir until a soft dough forms. 
  6. Roll dough into a ¼ inch thick triangle.  
  7. In a separate bowl mix brown sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.  
  8. Use sugar mixture to top dough. Top with Crunchies Blueberries.  
  9. Roll dough into a log. Cut into rolls.  
  10. Place rolls into a prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.  
  11. While the rolls are baking – prepare your icing.  
  12. Using a mixer, mix confectioners sugar, cream cheese and remaining butter together.  
  13. Fold in powdered Crunchies Blueberries. Mix until well combined.  
  14. Once rolls have finished cooking, add icing to the rolls.  
  15. Enjoy!
