STRAWBERRY PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

We’re creating Peanut Butter cups but topped with Crunchies Strawberries for a fruity twist! This recipe only needs three simple ingredients – chocolate, peanut butter and Crunchies Strawberries. Simply add 2 tbsp of chocolate to a muffin pan, add a dollop of peanut butter and then top with more melted chocolate. Then garnish with Crunchies Strawberries. Freeze your peanut butter cups for 2-3 hours or until solid.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cups of Meltable Chocolate 
  • 1 Cup of Peanut Butter 
  • ¼ Cup of Crunchies Strawberries 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt chocolate. 
  2. Spray oil to your muffin pan or add muffin tins.  
  3. Add 2 tbsp of melted chocolate to the bottom of the muffin pan.  
  4. Add a dollop of peanut butter and then top with more melted chocolate.  
  5. Garnish with crushed Crunchies Strawberries. 
  6. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until solid.  
  7. Keep in freezer until you’re ready to enjoy.
