STRAWBERRY CANNOLI DIP

Cannoli filling is pure deliciousness, so we thought – how can we make something that already tastes amazing, taste even better? Well, the answer is simple – add Crunchies Strawberries! This recipe for Strawberry Cannoli dip takes only 15 minutes and be an instant crowd pleaser. Forget the box of chocolates, we want Strawberry Cannoli Dip for Valentine’s Day.  

Strawberry Cannoli Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cups of Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese, drained 
  • 1 Cup of Mascarpone Cheese 
  • 1 ½ Cups of Confectioners’ Sugar 
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 
  • 1 Bag of Crunchies Freeze Dried Strawberries 
  • Cannoli Chips for Dipping 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add ricotta and mascarpone cheese to a medium sized bowl. Use a hand mixer to mix until well combined and smooth.  
  2. Take your Bag of Crunchies and use a rolling pin to crush the freeze dried fruits until they’re created a strawberry powder.  
  3. Add Sugar, vanilla extract, and crushed Crunchies to your bowl. Mix until the sugar and Crunchies are absorbed into the mixture.  
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve or serve immediately with cannoli chips.
