STRAWBERRY BANANA OATMEAL BALLS

These 4 ingredient oatmeal balls are not only easy to make, but they are also wholesome, healthy, and have the added benefit of protein while satisfying your sweets craving. These no bake treats can be made in about 5 minutes and make for a quick and healthy snack idea throughout the day. Plus, kids love them too!

INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ cup old fashioned oats, pulsed 
  • 1 bag Crunchies Freeze-Dried Strawberry Banana, pulsed 
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter 
  • 3 tablespoons honey (you can use less honey if your peanut butter has sugar) 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pulse oats in food processor or blender until broken, before they turn to powder. Move oats to medium-sized bowl. 
  2. Pulse Crunchies Strawberry Banana until it resembles a coarse powder. Transfer 3/4ths of the powder to the bowl with oats. Put the other 1/4th on a plate. 
  3. Add peanut butter and honey to the bowl and combine until all ingredients start coming together. 
  4. Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, make 12 equal sized balls and used hands to make them smooth. 
  5. Roll the balls into the remainder of your Strawberry Banana powder to coat. 
  6. Eat right away or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
