MIXED FRUIT YOGURT OATMEAL CUPS

With school back in session, kids are eagerly anticipating a tasty after-school snack. Our Mixed Fruit Yogurt Oatmeal Cups are the perfect solution to satisfy their cravings. These are healthy and filling, making them a great option before sports practices and extracurricular activities. We love prepping these at the beginning of the week and keeping handy for when hunger strikes.  

These Mixed Fruit Yogurt Oatmeal Cups are made with simple ingredients that you likely already have on hand at home. These taste great with any Crunchies Freeze-Dried flavors. While we made ours with Crunchies Freeze-Dried Mixed Fruit, it would taste great with pineapple, mango, or cinnamon apple too.

TOTAL TIME: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup oats
  • ¼ cup applesauce
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • a handful of Crunchies Freeze Dried Mixed Fruit

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the oats, applesauce, peanut butter and maple syrup
  2. Spray a silicone muffin mold and fill it with the mixture
  3. Press down with a spoon/your thumb to create an indent in the center
  4. Bake at 350f for 10-12 minutes and let it cool
  5. Pop out of the molds and place yogurt in the center of these oat cups
  6. Top with Crunchies Freeze Dried Mix Fruit
