HIGH PROTEIN YOGURT PEANUT BUTTER DIP

This quick and easy dip is a great way to snack and get that extra protein in. Packed with protein from the yogurt and peanut butter, this delicious dip is our favorite thing to dunk our Freeze-Dried Cinnamon Apples into. The cinnamon from the apples gives it an extra kick that is just plain tasty!

INGREDIENTS

  • 8oz Greek Yogurt 
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter (no sugar added) 
  • 2 tablespoons PB2 or protein powder of your choice 
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • Crunchies Freeze-Dried Cinnamon Apples for Dipping 

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, PB2 powder, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and all ingredients have been combined. 
  2. Dip in with Crunchies Freeze-Dried Cinnamon Apples or fresh sliced apples. 

Note: This can be stored in the fridge up to 3 days in an airtight container.
