This recipe for Apple Cranberry Salad is a great starter to serve with dinner or add a protein and it can easily be a tasty lunch option. We’re thinking this might be on the menu for our Thanksgiving dinner. Yum! 

Simply combine your lettuce of choice, dried cranberries, honey roasted walnuts and feta cheese in a salad bowl. Top with Crunchies Freeze Dried Cinnamon Apple for a burst of flavor and crunch. Serve with an apple cider vinegarette or your favorite dressing.

  • 4 Cups of Lettuce
  • 1 Bag of Crunchies Freeze Dried Cinnamon Apple 
  • ¾ Cup of Dried Cranberries 
  • ¾ Cup of Honey Roasted Walnuts 
  • 1 Cup of Feta 
  • Dressing, to taste 


  1. Combine all your ingredients in a salad bowl.  
  2. Serve with dressing on the side.
