Tropical Fruit Tray

Whether you’re chilling by the pool, having a girl’s night-in, or just stumped on what to snack on, this Tropical Fruit Tray recipe has got you covered. This recipe can easily be put together in less than 5 minutes and can even be customized to your preferences.  

We threw together a Tropical Fruit Tray using both fresh and freeze-dried fruit. Mixing them gives a cool contrast of textures—juicy and crunchy. We used Crunchies Freeze-Dried MangoPineapple, and Blueberry here, but feel free to switch up flavors to suit your taste. Not sure which Crunchies flavor to start with? Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Crunchies Freeze-Dried Mango 
  • 1 Bag of Crunchies Freeze-Dried Pineapple 
  • 1 Cup of Crunchies Freeze-Dried Blueberries 
  • 2 Cups of Blackberries 
  • 2 Cups of Strawberries, sliced down the middle in half 
  • 2/3 Cup of Cantaloupe 
  • 2/3 Cup of Melon 
  • Flowers, as garnish 

Instructions

Step 1:
Add Crunchies Mango & Crunchies Pineapple to individual small serving bowls. Add each to opposing corners of your board.
 

Step 2:
Use strawberries to create a diagonal line from the bottom corner of one side of the board, to the top of the other side of the board. 
 

Step 3:
Place melon next to one of the serving bowls. 
 

Step 4:
Add cantaloupe next to the opposing serving bowl. 
 

Step 5:
Add half of blackberries to the top of the board between cantaloupe and strawberries.
 

Step 6:
Add the additional half of blackberries to the bottom of the board between melon and strawberries. 
 

Step 7:
Use Crunchies Freeze-Dried Blueberries fill out space on board. 
 

Step 8:
Top with flowers 
for garnish and enjoy!
