Pineapple Energy Balls

Making these bites is super simple—just blend everything together, roll them into balls, chill in the fridge and you’re all set! They’re perfect for grabbing on your way out the door or adding to your kid’s school lunches. Ingredients

  • ½ cup canned pineapple chunks/bits
  • ¾ cup pitted medjool dates
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup Crunchies freeze dried pineapple
  • ½ cup shredded coconut/coconut flakes

Instructions

Step 1:
In a food processor, blend all the ingredients together until it’s a thick mixture

Step 2:
Roll into balls

Step 3:
Let it chill in the fridge for 15 minutes

Optional: top with more coconut shreds and Crunchies Freeze-Dried Pineapple.
