This bright and refreshing chia pudding is the perfect base for tropical toppings! We made two versions—one with Crunchies Freeze-Dried Mango and one with Crunchies Freeze-Dried Pineapple.

Just soak chia seeds in milk (or your favorite dairy-free option) overnight. When you’re ready to serve, layer in some crushed Crunchies inside the pudding for extra flavor and crunch, then top with more Crunchies, fresh fruit, a drizzle of honey, and your favorite crunchy toppings like toasted coconut or chopped nuts.
