INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 Tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 2 Bags Crunchies Freeze-Dried Strawberries
  • 6 Tablespoons cold unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • Cold water (as needed)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Grate cold butter into the flour mixture and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add milk and Crunchies Freeze Dried Strawberry, stirring until combined (don’t overwork the dough).
  5. Scoop biscuit dough into 9-10 equal-sized portions and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 13 minutes or until golden.
  7. While biscuits are baking, crush remaining Strawberry Crunchies and combine with powdered sugar, slowly adding water until an icing forms. Add more water to thin.
