Mother’s Day is coming up and if you’re like us, you’ve been searching for the perfect recipe for Mother’s Day Brunch. Look no further than our recipe for Strawberry Banana French Toast! This recipe is easy to make, requires only a few ingredients and is absolutely delicious. We used Crunchies Freeze-Dried Strawberry Banana, but you can easily change this out for any Crunchies flavor. We just know the mom in your life will love this recipe.

TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes


  • 1 Slice of Bread 
  • 1 Egg 
  • Milk, splash 
  • Cinnamon, to taste 
  • Crunchies Freeze-Dried Strawberry Banana  


  1. Place frying pan on the stovetop on medium-high heat.  
  2. Add egg, milk and cinnamon to a small bowl. Whisk until well combined.  
  3. Dip your bread into your egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides. Try to do this quickly and not leave it in the mixture for too long, as this will cause the bread to become soggy.  
  4. Place bread into frying pan and cook until both sides are golden brown.  
  5. Top with Crunchies Freeze-Dried Strawberry Banana and your favorite syrup.
