CINNAMON APPLE BREAKFAST COOKIES

Did someone say cookies for breakfast? Never fear, these are healthy and full of nutrients to get your day started off exactly right. These are even kid approved! These Apple Cinnamon Breakfast cookies are incredibly easy to make, healthy and delicious. We bet you cannot eat just one.  

Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Cookies

TOTAL TIME: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Bananas, mashed 
  • 1.5 cups of oats 
  • 1 /2 cup of Peanut Butter 
  • ¼ cup of Raisins 
  • 1 Bag of Crunchies Cinnamon Apple Freeze Dried Fruit, slightly crushed 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 
  2. Mix mashed banana and peanut butter until well combined.  
  3. Add oats, raisins and Crunchies Freeze Dried Cinnamon Apple. Mix well. 
  4. Dollap size portions onto a baking sheet. 
  5. Bake for 17-20 minutes. 
  6. Allow to cool down before eating.
