INGREDIENTS

  • 12 Granny Smith apple slices
  • 2 cups dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 Bags chopped Crunchies Freeze-Dried Cinnamon Apple

DIRECTIONS

1. Cut 2-3 slices on each side of the apple stem, making them about 1/2 inch thick.
2. Make a small slit at the bottom of each slice using a knife. Carefully insert a popsicle stick through the slit.
3. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
4. Dip each apple slice in the melted chocolate, using a spoon if needed to evenly coat both sides. Place the coated slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
