4 Oatmeal Recipes to Meal Prep

As our mornings get busier with the hustle and bustle of the school year, it’s still important to make sure that adults and kids alike are eating a healthy and balanced breakfast. Breakfast doesn’t have to be complicated – and by taking a few extra minutes to meal prep on the weekend, it can set you up for a delicious and ready-to-eat breakfast all week.

We put together four oatmeal recipes for you to try. The best part about this recipe is that you can easily prep the dry ingredients in single serving ziplock bags until you’re ready to eat them. Just add milk and microwave before eating.

Meal prepping oatmeal can ensure that your family has a healthy breakfast on hand, but it can also save time in the mornings. Crunchies Freeze-Dried Fruit is the perfect addition to oatmeal as it has a long shelf life when freeze-dried but can retain liquid again when milk (or another liquid) is added.
