If one may think a return is needed from an online order placed. They would need to contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible by either calling 805-230-2248 ext. 751. The Crunchies Team will asses ones situation and will determine a course of action if a return is needed.
Crunchies Food Company currently only ships to the United States of America and Canada. We ship only using FedEx but will also be looking into using other carriers in the future. The Crunchies Team will be looking into shipping to more countries in the near future.
