Gluten Free Lemon Blueberry Muffins Recipe
I hate to brag but I do make some really great gluten free...
Crunchies Freeze Dried Blueberries are 100% all natural. The only thing taken out of the berries through the freeze drying process is water; there are absolutely no additives or preservatives. That means no added sugar, oils or sulphur. They’re non-GMO, wheat and gluten free, but rich in antioxidents and nutrients. Less water equals more flavor and a satisfying crunch that both kids and adults love. All this and only 20 calories per serving! Crunchies Blueberries come in a convenient resealable bag that’s great for kids lunches, hiking, school, work, or an any time snack on-the-go. You can also add them to pancakes, cereal, yogurt, ice cream, and so many other creations! Crunchies are truly Nature's Ultimate Snack Food.

"I feed Crunchies dried berries to my pet rabbit on his salads. I wanted him to enjoy some of the fruits that rabbits like but he would not eat any fruit raw. I found Crunchies and he has been a happy little bunny ever since!"

"My son is 2 years old and is a very picky eater. He loves the crunchies fruit- especially the blueberries! He will only eat the freeze dried fruit but he eats a lot! I would recommend these for everyone to try, they are a really good snack!"

"As if to belie the name, some of the blueberries in my package were less than crunchy. It is hard to describe, but they almost had a stale feel when chewed. The flavor remains excellent, but as with a chip, I want my freeze dried berries crunchy!"

"I found these at my local co-op and decided to give them a try. I have a very strict diet as a result of myriad health issues, and I was missing cold breakfast cereal of all things. I mixed a serving of these with some banana-walnut clusters I found and topped with almond milk. So good! The blueberries were so flavorful and easily held up their crunchiness with the milk. In fact, I am moving to a new city soon, and I immediately Googled this brand (leading me here) to make sure I'd be able to order them online in case I couldn't find them in my new city. And the price is quite reasonable considering. I wish they sold bigger packages. These will be great for trail mixes and the like, for those of us not too into raisins and the like."
